Maarten Tjallingii looks back to 2019 in our Q&A

Maarten Tjallingii recently completed his first season in the Academy's Performance staff as he joined the team in late 2018. The former Dutch pro-rider has been coaching our talents not only performance-wise, but also in the mental side of the sport. Van Tricht wraps up Olympia’s Tour in third overall

We head into today's final stage with the yellow leader's jersey on the shoulders of our trainee Stan van Tricht. After taking fifth in the opening stage, and sprinting to the win the following day, our Belgian trainee and the team set off with the goal of defending the lead all day long. Stan van Tricht keeps the yellow jersey safe with one day to go

After yesterday's amazing victory that powered our trainee Stan van Tricht to the yellow jersey as the race leader, our team set off with the aim of keeping him and the leadership, safe all day long. Yesterday's stage 2 at Olympia's Tour was a great one for us. After a really solid opening in which Jordi Meeus took third and our Belgian trainee, Stan van Tricht, was fifth in the steep cobbles finish of the Col du VAM, we were ready to fight again for the win. Meeus & van Tricht off to a solid start in Olympia’s Tour

Today's opening stage at Olympia's Tour featured a total of nine laps around a 14 km long parcour, which finished all the way up the infamous Col du VAM that even though that is 500m in length it has points where the slopes hits 24%.  The race was off to a pretty fast start and several attacks took place in the first part of the stage. After a day to forget at Paris Tours U23, our Jordi Meeus has his eyes already set on Olympia's Tour. The 4-day long Dutch race will be the last one of our calendar, that started in early March. Harrison Wood signs for the Academy for 2020
