Another Top 10 finish for Meeus at the Giro d’Italia U23

After two really hard days for the bunch in which crashes, wet roads and intermittent rain led for most of the day, the third stage of the Giro d'Italia U23 was no different and the whole peloton woke up to a rainy day. Who? Thymen Arensman, cycling's Clark Kent: Monday-Friday, just a regular high school student. Sunday,Tour de l'Avenir podium finisher. What about him?    Thymen Arensman joined the Academy in 2018 from the junior ranks after showing that talent in road racing as well as cyclo-cross. In 2018 he combined his racing and training programs with his last year in high-school and graduated during the summer time and enroled in History studies in the University of Utrecht. Close but no cigar for Meeus in the second stage of the Giro d’Italia U23

After yesterday's opening stage, which was not the way that we hoped to start with, today our talents had a chance to bounce back as the second stage kicked off in Gradara and after 120 km was set to finish in Riccione. Medical Update: Stan van Tricht abandons the Giro d’Italia U23

During yesterday's stage at the Giro d'Italia U23, our Stan van Tricht suffered a crash and even though that he went back up on his bike, he was forced to abandon the race as he suffered from a deep cut on his knee. Giro d'Italia U23 - Stage 1Today's 150 km stage with start and finish in Urbino featured the opening stage of the Giro d'Italia U23. The stage consisted of a 39 km long local lap that the riders tackled four times, and each lap contained a third category climb. Preview Giro d’Italia U23

Our talents are back for our second stage race of the year, the Giro d'Italia U23. Due to the current situation and the forced rescheduling of the race, the new format of the U23 version of the 'Corsa Rosa' will have a total of eight stages that will mix hard top mountain finishes with broken parcours that could favour either a strong breakaway or a bunch sprint. Meeus 7th is our best-placed riders at the U23 Europeans Road Race

A 136 km long race with a broken profile featured today's U23 European Road Race in Plouay. Our participation in this event started on Monday with Daan Hoole taking part in the U23 time trial race, and taking a 10th place in the day. Preview U23 European Championships

Five our talents will take part tomorrow in the U23 European Road Race Championships in the first racing action with the national team this season. Dekker and Hoole set to chase Europeans and Giro success

In yesterday's U23 Dutch Road Race Nationals, David Dekker and Daan Hoole were involved in a crash that forced the later to abandon the race a couple of laps later. Despite the setback crashing in a race means and after both riders visited the medical center any major injuries were discarded, they are set and confirmed to keep their program. Maikel Zijlard takes 8th in the U23 Dutch Nationals Road Race

It was a hard race around the Col de VAM in the Drenthe area. The race featured up to 17 laps around the a hilly circuit with some steep sections, that were set to be the race decider. The race was off to a slow start as no breakaway attempt was made in the early stages of the race.
