We are delighted to announce that Aike Visbeek will leave the Academy and join Circus - Wanty Gobert as Performance Manager starting from 2021 onwards. Wood: “I want to keep developing as a GC rider”

Harrison Wood joined the Academy ahead of the 2020 season, after collecting some interesting results as a first-year in the category while riding in France. Sean Flynn signs with the Academy

Jordi Meeus is the new U23 Belgian Champion

Yesterday our Jordi Meeus, became the U23 Belgian Road Race Champion, after outpowering all his rivals in the final sprint. The 22-year old, who will move up to the WorldTour ranks next season with Bora-Hansgrohe, was helped by teammate Stan van Tricht during the whole day. "It feels great to win the jersey. Preview U23 Belgian Road Race Championships

The U23 Belgian Road Race Nationals will feature our last road race of the 2020 season. Stan van Tricht and Jordi Meeus, will line up in Stad Lokeren with the aim of bringing back to the Academy the best possible result despite the short numbers. Our Belgian line up will miss Milan Paulus, who suffered a crash in Paris Tours U23 and broke his collarbone, which meant that his season was over. Jordi Meeus sprints to second in Paris Tours U23

Yesterday's Paris Tours U23 featured our last international race of the year, with just the U23 Belgian Road Race championships remaining to our 2020 calendar. The race was off to a an easy start, with a three-man breakaway quickly getting up the road and the main bunch managing the time gaps. But around 30 kilometers into the day, a big crash happened in the middle of the bunch, taking down Jordi Meeus, Daan Hoole and Milan Paulus.
