Circuit des Ardennes recap
The last day at the Circuit des Ardennes awaited with a double stage, the first one featuring a bit less than 60 km. After a hectic start, three riders broke clear of the bunch and took a minute and a half as a gap. The peloton picked up the pace coming into the last côtes of the stage, but the junction was never made and the attackers sprinted for the win with some seconds over the peloton. The fast pace and succession of short steep climbs caused some echelons in the bunch, but our Ide Schelling and Kaden Groves made it within the Top 15 of the stage, which saw the Australian sprinter coming into the last stage in fourth place overall.

The afternoon sector had a fast start and the early categorized climb split the peloton in two, but the race was quickly back to one big group. The bunch let three riders go away, but it was always under control and in the final rush to the line our guys worked perfectly to lead-out Kaden Groves to his second stage win in the race, his fourth of the season. The talented Australian secured his fourth place in the overall standing and took home the points jersey as well, making it a great reward for all the hard teamwork done over the weekend.
