Info / Rules / Tips & DifferencesRegister U19 Series / Register U23 Series

We think it’s very important that all participants commit to very strict rules in order to create a fair and trustworthy competition. Therefore we will have the following rules:

  • Connecting a smart trainer as the primary source of power data.
  • Connect a secondary source of power data (power meter) to a recording device such as a head unit or separate computer.
  • Connect a functioning heart rate monitor and cadence sensor to the game.
  • The secondary power recording device must be configured to also record the rider’s cadence and heart rate. Data recorded using the secondary recording device must be recorded at one-second intervals.
  • Calibrate your power meter and smart trainer, it is crucial to zero offset your power meter and spin down your smart trainer before every race.
  • Send a picture of your set-up (hardware).
  • Send a weigh-in video within the 2 hours before the race start. These two files (weigh-in video and picture of the set-up) have to be sent to eracing@cyclinglab.cc directly or with a WeTransfer link.
  • Time gaps in the stage race will be calculated if there is more than 1 second between riders.
  • There will be a Power analysis done by Cyclinglab after each race. Be ready to send those after the race through a link shared in the last race info prior to the event.
  • Be ready in the race lobby at least 15 min before the race.
  • Your Smart trainer difficulty has to be at 70% minimum.
  • Equipment, Race numbers or abbreviations will be shared in the last race info prior to the event.
