Maas and Hoole set to debut tomorrow in Wanzele
After Sunday’s Dwars door West Vlaanderen we will be back on Belgian soil for Wanzele Koerse, our second race of the season. The course features a total of 16 laps to a 10,3 km long local circuit, with a predominantly flat profile. High speed and constant attacking will be in the menu since the very first meters, in a day where rain and wind are again expected. Tomorrow’s race will mark the debut in the 2018 season of Jan Maas as well as the first race as U23 rider of Daan Hoole.

Lineup: Cees Bol, Ide Schelling, Daan Hoole, Edoardo Affini, Julius van den Berg, Marten Kooistra and Jan Maas.

Daan Hoole is ready to pin on the numbers for the first time as an U23 rider:

“After the training camp in Loutraki I am feeling really good ahead of Wanzele Koerse and I am looking forward to make by debut as an Under 23 rider. My main focus for the race will be to ride as best as I can, trying to be in front as much as possible and helping my teammates to achieve a good final result. I think that we are more than ready to be competitive and we will try our best to show the team colors”.
