Medical update

Cees Bol
Due to a concussion as a result of his crash in the beginning of March, Cees Bol is not back on the bike yet. Luckily, he is slowly getting better, but only time can help Cees get fully fit again. We don’t push things, as it is important to recover properly before resuming hard training sessions. For sure this is a big blow for the 2016 Olympia's Tour winner, but even by missing some of his early season goals, we are sure that the Dutch rider will shine as soon as he is back to racing.

Peter Lenderink
The strong Dutch rider underwent surgery yesterday in order to remove the vasoconstriction in his groin. Everything went well. In the next weeks, Peter must rest as much as possible before he can begin with his rehabilitation process. This will take some time, but that will bring him back on the bike at the highest level and ready to show his talents.

Marten Kooistra
Marten’s crash at Ronde van Vlaanderen U23 resulted in a broken collarbone. He underwent surgery the very same day. Luckily, Marten already started his rehabilitation process. You can imagine that his Tacs will be his best friend in the coming period. Can’t wait to have you back in the races, Marten!

Edoardo Affini
Unfortunately, Edoardo Affini won’t race next weekend. Our strong Italian rider is not feeling fit since he had to quite Triptyque des Monts et Chateaux. Due to our internal protocol, Edoardo won’t race until we have the results of our medical examination. To be continued.
