Preview Tour d’Alsace

After a tough Giro valle d’Aosta, our talents are ready to hit the ground running with the Tour d’Alsace. A race that holds good memories as Fabio Jakobsen scored a stage win in the last stage of the 2017 edition and in 2019 Alex Evans was close to the win in the mythical Planche des Belles Filles. With an initial prologue and four more stages following, we will be looking to grab a stage and aim for a solid GC as the shape and condition of the riders is close to optimal to aspire for such a goal.

Lineup Tour d’Alsace: Harrison Wood, Marco Frigo, Dries de Pooter, Daan Hoole, Wessel Krul & Stan van Tricht.

Pim Ligthart, Academy DS for the race:
“We have a perfectly balanced lineup coming into this race. I think that already tomorrow we have a pretty solid shot at a great result in the prologue. The mountain stages is also something that we have marked as Marco Frigo and Harrison Wood will be capable of being up there with the best and for the sprints, we also have our goals”.
