After a long pre-season and two training camps in Loutraki, our 2020 season is about to start. On Saturday our talents will lineup for Ster van Zwolle, that will feature a totally flat parcour with start and finish in Zwolle. The race will feature a total of 180 km ridden in a local circuit, which previews a really active day on the bike. Also, the weather will end up playing a big role when deciding the eventual winner, as crosswinds and rain is expected, above all in the first part of the race.

Lineup Ster van Zwolle: Sven Burger, David Dekker, Daan Hoole, Wessel Krul, Jordi Meeus, Jesper Rasch and Maikel Zijlaard.

Aike Visbeek, SEG Racing Academy’s Sports Director in the race:
“It will be hard race where rain and wind will be crucial when deciding the final outcome. The team gave a good impression during the training camp, and I want to thank our Performance Staff because the riders are in the shape that they should be in this point and highly motivated. Our goal in the race will be to work together and get familiar again with the race routines. Because of the crosswinds and potential splits, racing together will be essential if we want to be in contention in the final. We want to be very active and challenge for a high-placement in the finish”.
