Our Greek racing journey will start tomorrow with the Rhodes GP powered by Mitsis Hotels. It will be a 186 km long parcour that will bring the peloton along the coast at all times and will feature two major climbs during the race, the last one with 25 km to go, which is set to reduce the bunch ahead of the final sprint. This one will be the first racing action for our riders since GP Monseré in mid-March. Despite the lack of racing, we have had a short camp all together in Limburg, and some riders have been training on Greek soil for some days now.
Lineup Rhodes GP: Harrison Wood, Tom Day, Wessel Krul, Marco Frigo, Sean Flynn, Daan Hoole and Stan van Tricht
Ioannis Tamouridis, Performance Manager and DS for the race:
“It will be a good test for the guys. The training it’s been going great and everybody is super-motivated, so we expect good things tomorrow and in the stage race. The goal will be to win and be fighting near the front at all times, but also to get some racing action in the legs”.
