Evans rides to 18th in the first mountain test at the Giro d’Italia U23

After a really bad day marked by the crashes of some of our riders, the Giro d'Italia U23 headed towards its first mountaintop finish of the 2019 edition. Sadly, Kaden Groves could not heal up properly from yesterday's crash and he did not start the stage in order to fully do so. Today's stage feature 140 km and over 4000 m of climbing, including a final 13-km climb. We are really proud to announce that Australian talent, Alexander Evans, will join the Academy for the 2019 season.
