After a really bad day marked by the crashes of some of our riders, the Giro d'Italia U23 headed towards its first mountaintop finish of the 2019 edition. Sadly, Kaden Groves could not heal up properly from yesterday's crash and he did not start the stage in order to fully do so. Today's stage feature 140 km and over 4000 m of climbing, including a final 13-km climb.
