It was difficult day around Limburg, with plenty of short steep climbs marking today's parcours. The three-rider breakaway was chased down when the bunch got in the race's closing kilometres. There were lots of attacks in the final part, with our guys remaining in the peloton. When the eventual solo winning attack was made, four of our riders were in the chasing group. Double action day for the team

Yesterday we wrapped up the Ronde de l'Isard with a tough a fast stage where our Jan Maas was 15th in the stage and secured his Top 10 place on GC by moving up to ninth overall. Our British climber Stephen Williams rounded up a good days of racing for the team in France, finishing in 11th place. It wasn’t easy for the breakaway to go clear as the peloton was off to a fast and nervous start in today’s Ronde de l’Isard stage 3. It took almost an hour of racing for 4 members of the break to be allowed a gap by the peloton. Today’s stage was off to a fast start as it took more than an hour of racing before the breakaway of the day was clear. The early moved was made and it featured up to nine riders, including our Jan Maas, who took a bonus of three seconds after winning the first intermediate sprint. Stevie Willams takes second at Flèche Ardennaise

The race featured a hectic start as many attacks were done in the first kilometers of the race. A dangerous move with 15 riders, including Julius van den Berg, led the peloton to pick the speed up and stayed together until the riders hit the slopes of the Côte the Vecquée. The morning stage saw our riders getting down the ramp for the first time trial of the season. The 10km loop around Chièvres did not stop our Edoardo Affini as he powered to 8th place just six seconds down the stage winner. After riding Belgium’s Triptyque des Monts et Châteux, Jan Maas will be back on the bike for this weekend’s Circuit des Ardennes in France. It was a tough day around Groningen.  The bunch stood solid for the first part of the race, bringing back all the attacks, but it was the wind the one breaking the peleton into pieces. Numerous groups were formed with only Hartthijs de Vries and Jan Maas representing our team upfront.  With 80 km to go Harthijs made the cut to the leading group.
